Since some windows do not allow to change the size it's nice to have the function to resize a window, but it would be nice to somehow mimic the behaviour of "MS Windows" even for not resizable windows.
Note: This function is only of use for windows they cannot be resize with the "MS Windows"-own tools and methods.
Here how I imagine it:
Step 1: Activate "Mouse Resizing" (is either a button in the title bar or an option in the context menu)
Step 2: Figure out, where the mouse graps the border of the window (does only horizontal or vertical movement count, or both) and measure the distance to where it would be strechted to, if it would be resizable.
Step 3: Resize and reposition the window to match how a resizable window would behave.
---
This function could also be called something like: "Make all windows resizable" and it either mimics the functionality like described above or just set the property of all windows to be resizable - don't know if that is possible.
