 I have yet to find a decent way to organize the sequence of programs executed by Windows. I'm sure we all witness the calamity of having our startup apps load before ActualWindowsManager kicks in.

If you could provide the ability to organize the sequence of loading of user startup programs/services (I don't need Windows OS programs reordered), I would certainly welcome it.
