When I undock my laptop all the windows I had on "window 2" move onto the laptop window - this is what i would expect to happen.

when i redock the laptop the windows don't move back to the window they should be on. I have to click reapply settings on every window.

Can you have something to deal with this?

Hello, Dave

Sorry for the delay.

We'll consider your request.

Also, note that if you talking about only the windows, that were moved to other monitors by applying the specific/default settings to them, you can use the Pause/Resume combination (Our program tray icon context menu > Pause/Resume or via the Pause/resume hotkey, which you have to enable in the Configuration window > Hotkeys > Tools first). The pause/resume combination will lead to reapplying the seettings to all windows affected by our program at one time.
