I have used the "prevent window deactivation" feature in the past with much success. However, the new patch 3.1 of FFXIV causes a monitor refresh when clicking back into the fullscreen game window (for example if I click on a browser on another monitor and then click on the fullscreen FFXIV it causes a monitor/display driver refresh. I suspect that reactivating the game window is causing VRAM to be flushed or something like that. The monitor sort of flickers as if I had just alt-tabbed back into the game.
Is there any way you guys could add a feature to prevent the window from knowing that it was reactivated? Thanks!

Hello, Dempf.
I'm afraid this behavior fully depends on the game, and we can't improve it.
Are you able to run the game in the windowed mode? If yes, could you tets the issue with the game running in this mode and see whether the issue repeats and how does it look like?
