With "While mouse-hovering" (Transparency level of 0) and "While inactive" (Transparency level of 25) are enabled, when I wish to reactivate a window, it becomes opaque when I move the mouse over the window, and when I left-click the title bar, it momentarily fades to 25%. This last behavior is undesirable. Instead, there should be no fading at all.

The described behavior is one of the peculiarities of title bar's behavior. Unfortunately nothing can be done with it.
