Because of meetings at work, I am frequently docking and undocking my laptop. When docked, I have dual monitors. When undocked, I use the laptop's display. It would be very nice if AWM could restore the original dual monitor position of open windows when I return my laptop to the dock.

I had hoped the "Keep layout automatically" option would do this, but it does not. The windows that were originally on the righthand monitor are not fully restored to their original position when I re-dock the laptop. Obviously, windows that were opened or closed while undocked would not be restored.

Please think about adding this functionality.

Thanks for the post.

Actual Tools products don't quite well work with dock systems now.

What do you want to achieve using the "Keep layout automatically" option?

Please, try to reproduce this situation with the "Keep layout automatically" option turned off and inform me about your results.

Hello Joshua,

Could you specify our product (name, version) and your OS (version, 32 or 64-bit)?
Could you also attach some screenshots illustrated the problem and specify your monitors configurations?
