I know there is a 'tightness' setting for monitor boundaries but is it possible to have a 'tightness' setting for specific application windows? For example, some application have very small scrollbars and I want to make it easier to position the mouse over it. I can do it now if I maximize the application on a monitor and use the tightness setting. But that affects all monitors and requires the app to be maximized.

Count me in here please. Would love to see this developed. Maybe late this year perhaps?
