I'm evaluating the Actual Windows Manager due to mainly one item that Microsoft decided to get rid of; that being the "remember each folder's view settings" from Windows XP.

I've gone through the help and can't seem to find a way to set this so AWM just does this for me globally.  Right now I'd have to create a specific setting for every folder that I open.

Is there a way to do this globally so it just manages the window positions and size for any window/application I open?

Thank you.

Dear Chumbo,

Unfortunately, it is impossible to apply an option save position and size for all windows.
