I have the most current version of Multiple Monitors and my Windows 11 Home Edition, Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100 is up to date. I'm experiencing an annoying behavior when I'm working in Outlook 2019 and have Multiple Monitors active. After a few seconds of loading Outlook, selections of emails or moving around the navigation menus experience a delay of several seconds before being acknowledged. This is driving me nuts! I've turned off any add-ins in Outlook to see if anyone of them was contributing to this behavior, but the latency still remains. The only solution to eliminate the latency issue is to exit out of Multiple Monitors.
Questions:
1. Is there a setting in MM that is responsible for this behavior?
2. Is this a known issue and what is the workaround?
I'm really enjoying MM when I'm not working in Outlook, but I can't tolerate the latency issue. So i'm left with exiting from MM if I'm planning to spend time in Outlook. No other program Office or otherwise manifest this behavior with mouse selections or clicks.
I hope you can find a solution.
Joe

Hello, Joe
Thank you for contacting us.
We are not aware of known similar problems with Outlook.
Could you send us your Actual Multiple Monitors configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool (AMM configuration module > Tools > Configuration > Send to Tech Support)? Add a link to this topic in the email.
Also specify the exact version of Outlook you're running (File > Office Account > About Outlook).
