Hi,
I have 2 aimemb.dll files, one in the AWM program folder with attributes rahs and another one in my temp folder. I realized this because Comodo defense+ was alerting me about programs hooking aimemb.dll although I had already allowed it. The reason was that the location had changed from the AWM program folder to the temp folder. I think - but I'm not sure - that it happened with installation of 5.5b, so I tried to re-install 5.4 but the aimemb.dll is still in the temp folder and I cannot delete it. Can I somehow get AWM to use aimemb.dll in the program folder again?

Hello,
We've added this file to a temporary folder to simplify the following setup in the future. Please, add the file to list of exclusions of your Comodo defense+.

Isn't that a very unorthodox way to install the dll into the temp folder? Never seen any other program doing that....

Add me to the list of Corporate users that will be unable to use AWM 5.5 if executing aimemb.dll out of Temp is a requirement.
I cannot change the McAfee policy prohibiting execution of certain applications (explorer.exe, firefox.exe, iexplore.exe, outlook.exe, etc.) from Temp.

Max, Jim,
We'll make an option to disable copying of aimemb.dll to Temp folder (so the new version will work in the same way as 5.4).

Thanks Alexander!
Hopefully, Corporate users like Max and me are a minority, but your assistance is much appreciated. You have a great product and I cannot imagine not being able to use it. Now it sounds like I won't have to.
Thanks again for your help!

beta 4
(see the "Run the library from the installation folder" check box in the General Options panel).
