Im running Title Buttons 5.3 Trial on Windows 7 RC x64.
Every time I boot I get prompted for UAC elevation for the helper process.
The dialog seems to indicate the root cause is that that process is untrusted (No Digital Signature).
I am a member of the debuggers group. I dont know anything else to check.
Any ideas

Dear Paul,
The situation is happening because of Windows 7 finds our run ActualToolsConsoleHelper.exe (Support command prompt windows). WE FULLY GUARANTEE THAT THESE FILES DON'T CONTAIN ANY HARMFUL CODE AND ARE 100% SAFE! You may disable this option (Configuration (Win+C)->Actions->Options->Command Prompt Windows). You won’t get the message from UAC but AWM won’t work with command prompt windows.
Best regards!

Thanks for the info. When I open a command prompt or a console app, I dont notice any support. The window title bar doesnt have any of the extra buttons, so Im not sure if command window support works in Windows 7.
Either way, why dont you just sign the executable and eliminate the UAC prompt and all of the support issues it generates?
I bought a code signing key from thawte for a project and the cost was only a few hundred bucks. Better yet, if you inquire about a code signing key, but dont buy it, a sales rep calls and offers lower pricing than the advertised site. Whats sleazy is that Verisign owns Thawte but their prices for the exact same key are different. When I asked, they said you pay more for the Verisign name.
When was the last time anyone cared WHOS name was on a key as long as its trusted?

Dear Paul,
Unfortunately, you are right. Now our program doesn't support prompt windows on Windows Seven. But we are working to fix the problem.
Thank you for your suggestion. We'll thinking about it.
