I installed Vista x64 and needed a new backup solution. I tried MigoMobile PC Backup 10 but it was hanging during backup. When I shutdown AWM V5.1 the backup ran fine.

Dear Robert,
We try to reproduce this situation but can't.
Please, try to:
1. Uninstall AWM 5.1
2. Install
AWM 5.2
(All of your setting will be saved)
3. And reproduce this situation.

Hi Tatiana:
I have sent this e-mail to support@actualtools.com to include the attachment.
I installed AWM 5.2. I get the same result:
I start the backup and it just sits there with the activity bar scrolling.
As soon as I kill AWM the backup starts writing to the DVD.
I have attached two Procmon traces.
The first is during the hang period: PCBackup_Hang_090206.PML
The second is when I kill AWM 5.2: PCBackup_KillAWM2_090206.PML
You will need the latest Process Monitor v2.03 to view these files.

Hi Tatiana:
Here are the answers to your questions:
Couldn’t you try to make backup and save it on hard disk?
> In my opinion the main reason to use a backup program is to backup to external media in case your disk crashes.
I am trying to backup to DVD media.
And please describe how are you starting the backup?
I created the backup job and started it manually. I did not use the scheduler or the wizard.
With help of a wizard backup or any way?
No, I just created a backup job.
