I tried it using both the hotkey method and specific setting method both doesn't work

Nevermind, it works now. i just run amm as administrators and it works

Wdym how bro? Basically right-click the AMM and click run as administrator

In my situation, basically my elden ring have mods that require it to run as administrator once.

So the issue was the AMM has to run in the same privileges or higher than the app you want it to function
