Sometimes I have to click many times before the Favorite / Recent list opens.See video ...

What is the application on the left in the video? Is it Windows File Explorer?
Could you send us your Actual File Folders configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool (AFF configuration module > Tools > Configuration > Send to Tech Support)? Add a link to this topic in the email.
