 Notification missing system icons. when i start the app everything works fine other then the System icons are missing.
The internet, Sound, and another other one i set up in windows will not show up.

There is a known similar problem with Windows 10. It's described in this topic. Could you see whether one of these workarounds helps in your case:

There are two workarounds for the problem:
1. You can enable the "News and interests" taskbar widget in the Windows taskbar context menu (right-click the taskbar > News and interests). In this case the problem should stop.
2. You can change the value of the "Change size of text..." option in the Display Settings to 100% for the main display. As the problem seem to happen only if the value is increased (125% and more).
