Hi,
I'm trying to use the program and trying it before purchasing.
I've tried 2 basic options with no success.
1. Locking mouse Hotkey - I chose CTRL-M for it and applied but mouse keep running to other screen.
2. I've tried Ignore deactivation hotkey... same... nothing happened...
What am I missing please ?

Hello, Ittai
What OS are you running (version, 32- or 64-bit)?
What our product are you running (name, version)?

Please make sure the program is started and not only the configuration module is opened - you should see the program's tray icon in the taskbar tray.
Are you talking about the "Lock the mouse in monitor" hotkey? Have you tried to use the standard Alt+P combination?

What applications have you tried to apply the feature to (name, version)?
Best regards.
