Since updating AWM to 8.13.3 there is a new problem. The content of scrolldown menus inside of Chrome windows jump to the topleft corner of the monitor. When AWM is paused then the behaviour is normal, the content is displayed below the scrolldown activation field.
How to avoid this?
win 10 64-bit
Chrome 71.0

Hello, Harald
Apparently the "Move to monitor" option of the Default Settings is applied to these windows. Disable this option (Configuration module > Window Settings > Default settings > Startup tab > Move to monitor) and check whether the problem has gone to make sure this is the reason of this behavior.
You can see what settings are applied to these windows using the log window of AWM: AWM tray context menu (right click on the AWM tray icon) > Show log window > Check the Enable logging option > If there are any items in the window then Right click on an item and select Clear log item > Bring one of these menus - the corresponding item will appear. See what settings are applied to it in the "Rule/Exclusion name" column.
If you really need the "Move to monitor" option enabled in the Default settings, you should exclude these menus from processing by AWM: right click its item in the log window > Exclude this window.
Best regards.

In my 3 monitor environment I need the "Move to monitor" option, but not as default. Only three programs have this option activated. In the log window I have right click the item and choose "Exclude this window". That solved the problem.
Best regards
Harald
