Hello, John
What OS are you running (version, 32- or 64-bit)?
What our product are you running (name, version)?
Does the feature work for other games?
How exactly do you apply the Ignore Deactivation feature to the game - via the hotkey or via the action on startup in specific settings for the game? If the former, then could you go to the hotkey settings (Configuration module > Hotkeys > Actions > the Window section > Ignore Deactivation) and enable the Compatibility mode option. See whether it helps and let us know.
Best regards.

im using windows 10 64 bit and ive tried both ways to do it unless ive done something wrong. So far its worked in the other games ive tried (path of exile and h1z1). When i put the compatibility mode on it wont even let my mouse leave the game.

Hello, John
Sorry for the delay.
We have some problems with reproducing the issue with Battlefield 1, but i think we'll be able to reproduce it in the nearest time and see if there any workaround for this issue.
The fact is not all games accept the Ignore Deactivation feature correctly, but we track such games and try to improve the Ignore Deactivation feature, so that it could be applied to as many games, as possible.
Best regards.

Hello, John
The problem with Battlefield 1 has been confirmed – indeed, the game doesn't accept the Ignore Deactivation feature correctly. We'll try to fix this and will post here when/if the issue is fixed.
Are you running this game via Steam? Probably, the enabling of the Steam overlay can help in this situation. Could you try to enable the Steam overlay and see whether the Ignore Deactivation feature works?
Best regards.
