Dear Tech Support,

I attended a trial of Active File Folders 1.9 and I saw something that does not make sense, apparently.

This software is able to remember in the Recent Folders only the ones that have been already closed and not the folders that still are open on Windows desktop.

This way the user has to copy the path on the Windows folder normal feature and still copy it to the proper Windows 7 x64 'Saves as' dialog instead of accessing to that path under the ACF Recent Folders.

So in order to find the proper folder, the user must close that folder and this is unpractical: all the folders used or in use should be available under that list (or add a different name such as "Current Folders").

Am I missing something?

Thank you!

Kind Regards
Enrico

Hello, Enrico

This is the way the Recent Folders feature currently works. We'll try to improve the feature so that it adds open folders in real time. We'll notify you if/when the feature is improved.

Best regards.

Hello, Enrico

I'm glad to tell you that the Recent Folders feature has been improved and now it adds open folders in real time. The improved feature is available in the version 8.10 of Actual File Folders as well as in our other products that have this functionality.

Best regards.
