Please advise how to avoid AMM controls overlap with standard windows controls in upper right corner of my Chrome browser window (see attached screenshot).

What version of AMM are you running?
What OS are you running (name, 32- or 64-bit version)?
Are you using some visual theme for Chorme. It doesn't look like a standard Chrome window.
What version of Chrome are you running?
