Hello,  I am considering an ActualTools solution if I can accomplish the following functionality.

Using Windows 10, I am trying to eliminate default Windows options from the titlebar of certain application windows. The documentation seems to suggest it is possible (page 20).

Please let me know how to remove items such as the Close, Minimize, Maximize buttons - if supported.

Thank you.

Hans, thank you for your request.

To remove standard buttons, you need to create specific settings for a desired window and then enable there the "Startup - Options - Change standard window parts" feature (please note that this feature is available only in Actual Window Manager or Actual Window Guard).
