Hello,
I am currently evaluating the trial and am looking for a way to disable AMM from running on our terminal servers when I use RDP to connect to them. I do not need or want AMM to be running on these servers and I have noticed that there are three AMM processes running on the remote servers when I am connected to them. What is interesting is I stopped the AMM processes on my desktop and yet those processes still appear on the remote server (AMM is not installed on the remote servers).
Is there a setting to disable this?

Hello, Harrison d
AMM processes can't appear in the system which you connect to remotely unless AMM is launched in that system. Could you send us screenshots of the Task Manager window depicting these processes both from your local system and from your remote system?
Could you make sure that AMM is not installed on the remote computers?

Try to connect through a 3rd party tool, like AEROADMIN or tv
Hope it will help you

Hello, Daniel
What OS are you running and what OS is installed on the remote computer?
Could you send us screenshots of the Task Manager window depicting these processes both from your local system and from your remote system?
Best regards.
