Hi, using Actual Window Manager 8.8.3!

I'm trying to setup different settings for Event Viewer, Task Scheduler, Disk Manager etc...
The problem is that Actual Window Manager does not detect the Window Caption, only after the fact.

In other words, when for example Event Viewer has been launched. Then it's possible to apply a rule.
An easy fix could be to add an option to delay detection of the Window Caption?

PS: An exhausting workaround I just came up with is to create two rules for MMC.

The first one will detect the Window then "Run keyboard macro" for "Reapply settings" this forces AWM to look again which gives us a delay.

Code
First rule:

[Target Window]
Window Class: MMCMainFrame
Window Caption: Microsoft Management Console
Program: \mmc.exe

[Startup]
Run keyboard macro - Reapply settings

Code
Second rule:

[Target Window]
Window Class: MMCMainFrame
Window Caption: Event Viewer
Program: \mmc.exe

[Startup]
WhatEverYouWant

0.1 seconds after we started Event Viewer (MMC) the Window Caption "Event Viewer" is visible to AWM and we can apply the second rule.

So I'm a bit confused as to why AWM doesn't pick up the Window Caption in the first place?

Hello, Michael

Thank you for your message.

The issue has been confirmed.

Usually, AWM notices the Caption Change event and re-applies settings automatically. Probably, in this case the caption changes in some special way. We'll try to figure this out.

Best regards.

I must say, it's amazing that you guys take the time to follow up! very rare stuff.

About the issue,
I'll have to get back to you on that when I decide to buy a new subscription.

Feel that I don't need (use) all off AWM. Was looking at www.actualtools.com/products/comparison/ But for me nine diffrent versions is insanity even more so when none of them fit me =/

However,
I do love AWM, so it's really only a question about when I'll buy a new sub.
