i have disappearing windows on host computer during remote access with either remote desktop or logmein IT Reach, while using latest AWM on host. it seems to happen to at least: most windows soon after i start using them. this happens on all 6 of my computers. this has been happening in many previous AWM versions as well. i'm using up to date win xp pro with latest versions of remote desktop and logmein IT Reach. here is example:
1 remotely connect to host using logmein IT Reach.
2 verify awm is running in the sys tray
3 try to open outlook or ie or other and in seconds the window(s) vanishes
4 to see what running program may be affecting this, i close awm
5 try opening outlook or other
6 outlook or other doesn't vanish and problem is solved by keeping awm closed.
is this a known problem and what is my solution? i remotely connect to my computers most of the time so if this is not fixable i will have to start refund process. thanks, rick
