Hi.  I have just now started trying Actual Window Manager – Version 8.2, in my Windows 8.1 64 bit system.  Going into - Configure -- Multiple Monitors -- Background  -- I ran into a problem.
Under “Desktop Background Settings”  - I sel ected the “Individual picture on each monitor” option.  Under “Background mode” – I used the drop down to select “Slideshow”.  I then added Several Folders into the Slideshow playlist.
D:\RHWDocuments\MyPictures\CordovezOldPhotoScans
D:\RHWDocuments\MyPictures\FamilyWMaBelle
D:\RHWDocuments\MyPictures\WarrenFamilyPhotoScans
D:\RHWDocuments\MyPictures\WarrenFamilyScanCafe

I set the “Change interval” to 3 minutes.
Used the check mark to Select “Random play order”, and also “Search in subfolders”, and “Show picture source” Top-left  fr om the Dropdown.  And “Wallpaper position”:  crop to fit.
I have Two Monitors, and basically did the same setting on Each Monitor.
For some reason these settings are Not being Retained, and shown in the Configuration Screens.

When I Apply these changes, and go do the other Monitor and come back to look at the Settings for the First Monitor, the settings are still shown.  When I use the "OK" button, which closes the Configure area, and latter come back to review the "Desktop Background Settings", my changes have been lost.

I suspect but have not yet tested that the Large Number of Files, and Folders may be causing a problem.
These folders contain about 24,440 files, and 488 Folders, and require about 65 GB to store.  These photos basically represent my Family’s photo collection.

Ok - it may be simpler than what I've indicated above.

Lots of Settings are not being retained, when using "Individual picture on each monitor".
I can be more specific if needed.

Dear Robert,

Thank you for your posts!

This is a bug of the 8.2 version. We're doing our best to fix this in the nearest time! We'll inform you when it's fixed. Until that moment, if this feature is critical to you, please use 8.1.4 version.

Best regards!
