Hi guys. This problem is driving me crazy.

First of all, a suggestion for future releases. Have the option to copy the Primary taskbar pinned items to the AMM taskbar on the second monitor.

Here is the problem I am having. I have pinned the items I like to the AMM Taskbar. Several days go by and everything is fine, then all of a sudden all of these items that were pinned are gone. When I open "C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\Actual Tools\Actual Multiple Monitors\PinnedLinks", the pinned items ARE STILL THERE....however they are not showing on the taskbar.

By the way, I forgot to mention, I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit.

Dear AMMUserforlife,

I have been trying to reproduce the problem you described with your configuration files and haven't managed to reproduce it. Could you please provide me with a more detailed step-by-step instruction?

BTW, there were no Pinned Links to display in the configuration I received.

Best regards.

I have the same issue.

After restarting my PC, all of my pinned items disappear. But they're still in the folder
\AppData\Roaming\Actual Tools\Actual Window Manager\PinnedLinks.

When I repin an existing item, AWM creates a second link in the folder.

WinSCP (1)

For example.

MS Windows 8.1 64-Bit
AWM 8.4

Hello Tom,

Thanks for the message.

Please send us your configuration files (Actual Window Manager -> Tools -> Configuration -> Send to Tech Support), attach screenshots of pinned applications in your taskbars before and after restarting PC and specify where (on which monitor) you are using native and multi-monitor tasbkars.
