MM 8.1.4 on an XPPro Sp3 rig with 4GB RAM
Multi-Monitor crashed when booting-up this morning....Happened AGAIN when I restarted the machine this afternoon.
I find NO info when I look through the WINDOWS Event Viewer and can find no LOG files...
Something is up but I have NO idea how to preform a diagnostic trouble shoot...Could someone point me in the proper direction.
TIA
PS- Great piece of software...this is the first instance of any trouble since I installed the 8.1.3 version back on April 3rd.

Lou,
Thank you for the feedback. Please describe more detailed how this crash looks.
Also, please specify whether you able to run AMM Configuraiton or it crashes as well.
Sorry for this trouble.

I wasn't smart enough to copy the messages in the 4-error boxes that popped-up (with the last being a runtime error).
If and when the crash occurs again I'll be sure to note the exact details in each error message....The machine has booted up several time since the noted crash without ANY issues.
I guess there are no log files generated...
Thanks for attempting to assist.
