I was hoping some one could take me thru the step by step process of being able to get this funciton bo work thatnk you

Hello Dylan,
To get the feature working you need to go to Window Settings-Specific Settings and create a Rule for the program needed. Then go to Startup trigger even and check the Ignore Deactivation action.
