I use Winamp ver. 5.24 with the Milkdrop visualization in desktop mode and Actual Transparent Window causes the visualizations to flicker and slow down like mad. I even excluded the milkdrop.dll in the Winamp folder but no good. The only way I can use Winamp the way I like is if I close ATW completely.

Is there another solution? Thanks in advance:)

Joshua, I'd recommend you to:

1) create an exclusion with the winamp.exe value for the "Program"

2) make sure that you don't have any Specific Window rules regarding Winamp; if you do then disable them all

This should fix your problem.
