I must be an idiot, but I'm not able to create a transparent TIP for my tablet.  I just downloaded the latest trial version of your software and haven't succeeded in making the TIP window transparent.  Ohter windows I can.  What are the steps I need to follow?

Thanks

After removing and reinstalling the download twice I was finally able to get TIP transparency. Hoverer, I am getting the following error when I close the Config

Access violation at address 00466B21 in module 'actual WindowManagerConfig. exe'   Read of address  01BDD390

Any ideas?

Please send us the configuration file of Actual Window Manager. Maybe the problem is here. The name of file is actualwindowmanager.ini and it is located at C:\Program Files\Actual Window Manager\ folder

I just installed AWM on my Tablet and can't get transparency on TIP either.  Was wondering how to go about doing that.

Thanks

Here is the small instruction how to do this:
1. Run Actual Window Manager Configuration.
Click on the Start button, select Programs, select Actual Window Manager and click on the Configuration entry. This will launch the Configuration menu of the program.

2. Create new Window Rule for Tablet PC Input Panel
2.1. Click the "Create Window" Rule button on the toolbar or select the Create Rule command from the Window Rule menu.
2.2. Enter "Input Panel" as a name for new Window Rule.

3. Enter details about target window
3.1. Check "Window Class" option and enter IPTip_Main_Window
3.2. Uncheck "Window Caption" option
3.3 Check "Program" option and enter TabTip.exe

4. Define transparency level for TIP
4.1. Open "Transparency effect" tab
4.2. Check "Enable transparency effect" option.
4.3. Enter desired transparency level.

5. Save your settings.
