Every time I try to use multiple editors in Eclipse, it crashes if AMM is running. To reproduce open Eclipse(so far with every version of Eclipse that I've tried) and do the following:
Create new workspace (named it testing)
Create new project: General->Project (named it test)
Create new file: (named it test.txt)
Select Window->New Editor
Drag the new copy of test.txt so that you have to editors one above the other
Try to work (type/scroll/whatever) in the recently dragged window.
Eclipse then crashes claiming there are no more handles

Hello Steve
I was unable to reproduce it with the version 3.8.1 of Eclipse.
Could you specify the exact versions of Eclipse?
What OS are you running (name, 32 or 64-bit)?
Best regards.

A bit late for an answer, but I have the exact problem.
The bug is also reported on Eclipse website:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=402983
Here is the configuration:
- Windows 7 Pro SP1 64 bits
- Eclipse: Android Developer Tool v22.2.1
https://developer.android.com/tools/sdk/eclipse-adt.html
Eclipse raises an error when clicking out of the workspace (e.g. package explorer), and clicking back into the workspace.
The problem is solved if AMM is closed (without restarting eclipse)

Hello Yannick,
Could you provide a more detailed step by step description of how to reproduce the problem?
