Independent mode in Actual Virtual Desktops sounds like what I've been looking for but I see problems.
Classic mode works for me but when I switch to independent I see two problems:
1) Background goes black on both monitors. If I switch back to Classic it comes back.
2) Blue rectangle on switcher no longer follows which desktop is active, I can switch desktops but the blue rectangle doesn't change. If I switch back to class it works.
Version 4.5.1.
I'm using stardock Fences program, maybe there is a compatibility issue?

Hello Philip
The first problem has been confirmed, we'll try to fix it.
About the second problem. When this happens, do the icons for newly opened windows appear in the switcher for all virtual desktops?
What OS are you running (name, 32 or 64-bit)?
Could you send us your configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool?
Best regards.
