For programs that have a taskbar icon and also have a window constantly open (chat programs), right click menus from the taskbar are jumping to the monitor that the open window is on.
The example that I took a screenshot of is Trillian. I used Right-Click on the taskbar icon on my middle monitor, but the menu jumps to my third monitor, the one with Trillian. This makes it highly frustrating to use that menu.

Hello Mike
Please check the Default Settings > Startup > Move to monitor option. Is it set to the "Of parent window" mode?
Try to disable the Move to monitor feature.
Best regards.

That does it. I'd like to set a rule for that window, but since it's a right-click window/menu.. I can't capture it the traditional way. Any ideas?

You can adjust the settings for the whole program, leave the matching only to the Program field in the Target window tab.
Best regards.
