I am using Windows 7 Ultimate (x64) + Stardock WindowBlinds 7.42 (x64) + Actual Window Guard 7.3
Most programs do not get resized at all and are being ignored by AWG regardless of the rules.
The "Manage Window Settings" is missing from the titlebar of most programs.
If I disable WindowBlinds and reboot everything works correctly.
What is the refund policy?

Hello Student.
Sorry for the delay.
Have you been given support via email?
What email did you use to send the Configuration files? You can send me a private message, if you don't want to specify your email here.
Best regards.
