Hi, all! I did a search to see if this issue had come up before but did not see any mention of it.

I am running the free version of Actual Multiple Monitors 4.3 on a Windows 7 x64 Lenovo laptop connected through the docking station and an HIS USB display adapter to two external LCD panels (both are 1680x1050).

No matter what I do, it seems as though this feature isn't working for me. I've tried using it both in this dual-monitor configuration and just from my notebook screen. And, in both instances, I choose to save my desired icon layout. When I need to restore the saved layout, I choose to restore and nothing happens with my desktop icons. They remain in a layout that isn't what I saved.

Am I missing something with this feature? Is this only available with the Pro version? There's no indication that it's a pro-only feature but I just wanted to confirm that I'm otherwise attempting to use this feature correctly.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Joseph.

How exactly do you use this feature - do you use the hotkeys or the context menu items?

Best regards.
