So, I've attempted to uninstall AMM, and on reboot I get a popup window asking me to install the new version. Incidently, the newest version does not work on my WIN7 64 desktop. I don't care to troubleshoot it. I just want your software off my system. Do I need to do a fresh install of the OS? I would rather not.

Hello shawn.

Are you unable to uninstall our software in standard way?

You don't have to re-install your OS, it's enough to uninstall our product via start menu group or control panel.

Best regards.

I uninstalled using the control panel. When next I restarted my windows partition the popup advertisement of the latest version appeared on startup. It has not recurred, so maybe you only wrote in a last farewell advertisement? In any case, it shows that your design of the uninstall was not complete and left bits and pieces on my computer. I suppose I'll get around to a reinstall of the OS at some point. I'll just try to use my linux more often until I feel like the headache of a fresh install of the OS.

Hello shawn.

Sounds quite strange, this behavior is definitely not normal for our software. There should be no any advertisement windows.

But i can't understand - what is the problem now? Does this window appears on every start of your system? Does our software put any effects on your system?

Definitely AMM wasn't uninstalled properly. Please check the installation folder, what does it contain? Was the start menu items for AMM removed?

Best regards.
