This is becoming annoying at times. I have three monitors and when I initiate from the start button or charms on the secondary monitors, The Metro opens in the primary. Always the primary. I find myself closing all windows and initiating from primary, then secondary, then secondary. This fixes it for awhile. Help!

Hello hayden.
What our product (name, version) are you running?
What happens when you press the Win key?
Best regards.

I'm running Actual Multiple Monitors Version 4.3
If I close all apps and hit the Win key, the Metro opens on the secondary monitor last used for Metro app.
Which is funny cause it should open on primary.
Now while I'm typing this message, hitting the Win key opens the Metro on the secondaries. Sometimes monitor 2 and then sometimes monitor 3. But not the primary.
Thanks for your speedy response. Always a plus.

Hello hayden.
What version of Windows 8 are you running - 32 or 64-bit?
Are you running any third-party start button or taskbar managers?
Send us the configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool.

Do you mean that you clicked the start button three times and first time the metro appeared on the primary and then started to work correctly?
Does the problem depends on open windows?

the Metro opens on the secondary monitor last used for Metro app.
How were you able to bring the metro on other monitors than primary?
Best regards.

I'm running Windows 8 Pro 64 bit.
Answer to first "Quote": If I close all running windows including apps, I would use the Windows key[opens on primary] then AMM task bar start button on first secondary monitor[opens there], then same procedure on the next secondary monitor[opens correctly there too]
I really don't know if the problem is caused by any particular "open windows"
Answer to second "Quote": What I meant was that if I close all the apps by swiping the mouse along the left corner of one of the monitors, and close each app, then hit the "start button or Windows key" the Metro opens on the monitor that I closed those app in the aforementioned. Where as is should have opened on the monitor initiating the start.
PS: Keep in mind after closing the apps, I'm initiating the start of Metro from a different monitor from the one I closed the apps on.
Thank you very much.

Hello hayden.
Are you talking about only the Metro Apps?
Could you check what would happen if you don't close them.
Best regards.
