Restrict placement Show button works only once

When in a specific window setting I have or enter a restrict placement the corresponding show button works only the first time and after that never again, until I close the configuration module either by clicking OK or Cancel and then reopen it.
I am using AWM 7.3 on Vista Ultimate 32-bit.
