I'm currently using Actual Multiple Monitors 4.2, and for no apparent reason I can no longer open the configure menu. I've tried reinstalling, but this has had no effect. The taskbars on my other screens are still there, and I am still able to right click the icon in system tray, but can't open anything to do with the configure menu. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Mark.
Have you tried to launch the Configuration Window from the Windows Start menu?
Does the system tray context menu appears? Try to select the Stop item and then open the configuration window.
Try to exit Actual Multiple Monitors and launch the Configuration Window from the Windows Start menu.
Best regards.

Hello Bogdan,
I have the same problem an I tried to open the configuration window like you posted.
But it doesn't work.
Is it a problem with Windows (I'm using Win 7 Pro 64bit)?
Yours Dieter

Hello gentlemen.
Try to launch the configuration window with "clean" settings: enter %appdata% into Windows explorer address bar and move to \Actual Tools\Actual Multiple Monitors. Make a copy of the configuration files from this folder in other one (to make a backup) and delete them. Then try to launch the configuration window.
If it will be opened, then replace the configuration files with your old files one by one, to find what exactly file causes the problem.
Best regards.
