Hi all,
Just as a disclaimer, I'm pretty new with this product and had someone else set this up for me. It's been like this since setup but I haven't been able to fix it.
I've got a quad monitor set up with all four lined up in a row horizontally,
eg: [1][2][3][4].
However, when I'm navigating through the monitors, I'm getting the following setup:
[1][2][3]
____[4]
with monitor 4 underneath monitor 3 (ignore the underscores, they're just there to move the "4" over without the forum trimming my spaces)
Furthermore, when I open the configure tool, I can only detect monitors 1 and 2; clicking "Identify" does not bring up the monitor numbers on 3 and 4, though I can still access them. Using the shortcut keys to move the mouse/windows to the next/previous monitors works fine.
My question would be: how can I get monitor 4 to line up so it's to the "right" of monitor 3 (as per the physical layout)? Is there some reason I can't detect monitors 3 and 4 through the configuration utility?
Thanks!
