I am running verion 7.0 and have one application (SecureCRT) that when I click on the right button while on the title bar and the then menu, and then select "Move to virtual desktop" all the desktop items are grayed out, I can not select them.
If I enable the Move to virtual desktop button, it works fine.
Other application are working fine, it is just this one.
What am I missing or doing work?
Thanks:
Jack Allen

Hello Jackson.
This behavior is quite strange and seems not to be associated with Actual Window Manager settings.
I was unable to reproduce the problem. Please send us your configuration files using the "Send to Tech Support" tool.
Are you using single monitor or multiple monitors? And if multiple, does appearance of the problem depends of number of the monitor, which contains the window.
Best regards.

Hello Jackson.
Now i see the issue does occur even without using your configuration files. We'll try to fix it.
As i can see, not only "Move to virtual desktop" items are grayed out. All items of sub-menus are grayed out. Have you noticed that?
Also you can try to bring this menu from the taskbar icon, it should work reliably.
Best regards.

Bogdan:
I did notice that all sub menus were grayed out, but thought it was of something related to just the one application, all other application worked such as Outlook and Word.
Did you have to install SecureCRT to see the problem or did it show up on another application?
I sent my configuration last night and that brings up another problem. When I selected send configuration it opened an Outlook window with the attached configuration. I filled out the information and pressed Send. Shortly after I got an email stating the email could not be delivered to the address because it was invalid, which was something like 'Actual Windows Support <support@actualtools.com>'. I had to change it to be just support@actualtools.com to get it delivered to you all.
Thanks:

I mean when bringing the context menu for SecureCRT, not for all programs.
Yes, i installed SecureCRT and reproduced the issue with it.
I had already received your configuration files by the time i wrote you last message. The problem you've described is known and it depends on email client and mail server that you're using.
Best regards.

I just upgraded to 7.1 and the problem is still there.
Was it supossed to be fixed in 7.1?
In your other reply you said "Also you can try to bring this menu from the taskbar icon, it should work reliably".
Which Application should I select in the taskbar?
Thanks:

Hello Jackson.
Unfortunately, it hasn't been fixed because we had more priority tasks.
But it is still in our list of the bugs to fix.

You can bring the same menu from the taskbar icon for SecureCRT by right mouse button click with Shift pressed. It's items shouldn't be grayed out.
Best regards.
