It's been almost a week since anyone from Actual Tools has posted here.

Hello Mike,
There were Victory Day celebrations in Russia.
We've just come back.

Hello Vasiliy,
I too hope that you had a good holiday!
I do have a suggestion. I think it is a good idea if no support staff is present or there is only limited staff available, that you post a pinned item in the forum stating that there is nobody available or limited support during that particular period. As a frequent visitor I know that you give excellent support and you will be back, but somebody who visits rarely or for the first time may get the impression that there is no support. In fact, I have seen a couple of cases where you were scuffed at for not giving any support, when you were just enjoying your holiday. Such a pinned item is then informative for users and at the same time may keep people from getting upset at you.
Best regards.
P.S. I have been wanting to make this suggestion for some time now. This thread appeared to be the perfect place for finally making it.
