I just added a third monitor and thus shifted around my pinned shortcuts to different monitors. I originally had this one on the primary monitor but now have moved it to one of the others and as such the shortcut is now pinned to an AWM taskbar.
The issue is this. The shortcut is a special shortcut I made to pin "My Computer" to the taksbar (so that it opens to the explorer window showing my hard drives.) On the AWM Taskbar it often switches to something completely. Most often it switches to opening my libraries. Other times I've had it switch to Control Panel or something else. I can't seem to pin down when it changes though. It seems that it might change when I alter my AWM settings or something.
The main functionality here that the primary taskbar does perfectly is this. I click on the My Computer icon and that opens explorer to my hard drives. But the window is actually an explorer icon that I also have pinned. The primary taskbar never actually minimizes the My Computer explorer to My Computer but to the main Explorer icon. AWM seems to have issues here too. I've included a screen to hopefully illustrate this as well.

Hello Mike,
Thanks for the post.

- Could you clarify how did you do this?
Best regards.

Sure. With Win7 when you pin any explorer icon to the taskbar it won't really link to that folder. Instead it will link to your Libraries folder. So I created a shortcut (.ink) that links to 'My Computer' where my hard drives are shown. Pinning the .ink to the task bar results in opening My Computer instead of Libraries when clicked.

Hello Mike,
I can't pin "My Computer" using your method.
My computer is pinned to a jump list of an explorer pinned taskbar icon.
This explorer pinned taskbar icon invokes the "Libraries" folder.
What is an .ink shortcut?
Best regards.

Here is the file. Pin this to the taskbar. (Not entirely positive this will translate across computers, but we'll see.)
Shortcut Download
A .ink shortcut is just the extension Windows uses for shortcut files. (right click > create shortcut)

Hello Mike,
I can't reproduce the problem.
Could you send me your configuration files (Actual Window Manager -> File -> Send Configuration -> Send to the Tech Support)?
What version of Actual Window Manager do you use?
Windows 7 x32 or x64?
Best regards.

Hello Mike,
I can't reproduce this on my computer.
We'll investigate this.
Do you use any 3-rd party software?

- Could you try to trace what changes cause this problem?
Best regards.
