I recently found a little problem that seems to only occur with Firefox even in safe mode (I'm using Firefox 8.01 and AT 6.7.2).

If I turn on "Align at startup to" on the "Position" page in the settings for Firefox, all drop down combo box controls don't work on every page I tried.

When I click on a drop down box instead of getting the expected list it seems Firefox loses focus.

I disable the function and all goes back to normal.

I tried going back a few versions of AT, all the way back to 6.5 and found the same results.

Any one else seeing this?

Hello Paul,

Thanks for the post.

Could you send me your configuration files (Actual Window Manager -> File -> Send Configuration -> Send to the Tech Support)?

Best regards.

Hello Vasiliy,

I just sent the file to tech support as requested.

Let me know if there is anything else you need or want me to test.

Hello Paul,

Thanks for the file.

Could you check whether the problem still persists in the 6.8 beta 1 version of Actual Window Manager (http://actualtools.com/files/aim68b1.exe) or not?

Best regards.

Hello Paul,

It sounds like your problem is the same as described here. Maybe my solution for that problem will help you too.

Best regards.

Pim,

Yes the solution described in the link you provided did fix my problem too.  Thanks for that.

Vasiliy, I will also give the beta a try as soon as I can and report back my findings.  Thanks for your usual high level of support and responsiveness.
