I have a 21" Samsung monitor and 40" Samsung LCD TV. The problem I am having is the extended desktop on the TV always has black bars on the sides. Is it possible to horizontally scale over 100%. If not, is their a different solution? I have the trial
version and will purchase this product if I can get the extended desktop to fit the
full width of my TV. Thanks

Hello gandelf,
Thanks for the post.
Could you check whether the changing of the TV resolution solves the problem or not?
The list of allowed resolutions must be in the TV documentation.
Please, inform me about your results.
Best regards.

Thanks for you speedy reply. I did check that and I'm using the highest
resolution supported by my TV.

gandelf,
have you tried to change the TV resolution to another?
Best regards.

It works, I just needed to drag VLC in mini mode to the
extended desktop and then maximize it. Thanks for your help.
