Is it possible to disable the ability to maximize window to desktop by the right-click on the standard Maximize title button is added? because i have a dual desktop but their not equal, so i would like do keep the usual behavior of maximize buttom.

Currently not. But the left-click works as usual so just don't right-click the Maximize button and use the left-click only - and it will be the default behavior as requested.
