Hey
I am just testing your software before I decide to buy it. It all seems fine apart from when playing one game.
If I play Battlefield Bad Company 2 the game will always close to the desktop so I have to either click on it or alt tab to get back, then after 2-3 mins it does it again. Now I could not work this out at first as it never did it before then I remembered this software was running. Now if I shut this software down first the game is 100% fine. But with this running it will always go back to the desktop. No other game I have tried has this issue with this software.
Trouble is, is I am a huge battlefield player and cannot buy this software if it does not sit well with this game.
Any ideas what I can do?
Many Thanks

Hello Joe,
Thanks for the post.
Could you clarify what does mentioned "close to the desktop" mean?
What our product do you have (name, version)?
Have you tried to add the game to the exclusion list of our product?
Best regards.

Hi
Thanks for the reply, its actual multiple monitors version 3.2.
When I say closes to the desktop I mean just that really, the game will start fullscreen then it will close to an icon on the taskbar (primary screen) then I have to click the icon or alt tab to the window to get it back to fullscreen. It will do this every 203 minutes with this software running. Its a shame because this is the best software I have found for dual setups with the start menu and clock being on the 2nd screen. The GPU is ATi HD5830. CPU is Q6600 overlocked to 3.0ghz with 4 gig of ram funning Windows 7 Home version 64bit.
Is there an exclusion list for Actual Multiple Monitors? As I said Bad Company 2 is the only game this happens to. Every other game is fine so far.
Cheers

Hello Joe,
Thanks for the reply.
First of all, could you try to use the "Ignore deactivation" feature (Actual Multiple Monitors -> Options -> Hotkeys -> Ignore deactivation [Ctrl + Shift + Alt + I by default]) with this game?
Does it solve the problem?
Also, you could try to add the game to the Exclusions of Actual Multiple Monitors (Actual Multiple Monitors -> Window Settings -> Exclusions tab).
Please, inform me about your results.
Best regards.

I'm having the same problem. I am running Actual Multiple Monitors 3.2.1
I see in the other thread that you have found the problem, any ideas when it might be fixed?

Hello Eric,
Thanks for the message and sorry for the late response.
We'll try to fix it in the next version of our software.
Best regards.
