I'm sure this is covered somewhere. But I have been unsuccessful in finding the answer anywhere. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit with an ATI graphics card.
When I open up a program on the secondary monitor, weather it be from the quick launch (pinned) or from the start bar, it always opens on the primary monitor. Then I have to drag it from the primary to the secondary. Is there anyway around this?

Hello Jordan,
Please, create Specific settings for the program and choose "Having mouse pointer" item in "Move at startup to monitor" option.
It would be nice if you tell me about your results.
Best regards.
