I've looked through other threads but don't see this exact problem.
I just downloaded version 3.0 of AMM and have noticed that some of my programs do not show on the taskbar. Almost always, it is Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Visual Studio that disappear. These programs are open and running and I can Alt-Tab to them, but they don't show on the taskbar, either on the monitor where they are open (secondary) or on the primary monitor. Other programs work/show as expected.
Any idea what might be causing this? Is it because I am only running a trial version?
Edited to add: I am running Windows 7 professional on a 64 bit machine. Visual Studio 2005 and Office 2007.

Hello Sue,
Check whether "Replace the primary Taskbar" option is enabled or not.
If it is disabled enable it and try to reproduce the problem.
Inform me about results.
Check whether the tray icons appear in the primary taskbar if AMM is Unloaded or not.
Inform me about results.
Send me your configuration files (File -> Send configuration -> Send to tech support).
Best regards!
