I've just tried actual windows rollup on My windows7 and the windows roll up but do NOT roll down to thier full size. They seem to roll down to about 1/3 thier origional size. i couldn't find anything in the setting that fixed this.

Dear Steve,

Please, could you specify your post?
With what programs did you discover the problem?
What version of Actual Windows Rollup are you using?

Wow--I came here to report a similar issue.  I'm using AWM 6.0 on WinXP Pro SP3.

What happened was that I rolled/unrolled one particular program, and noticed that the "smooth" rolling/unrolling was annoyingly slow and choppy.  So, I went into AWM's settings to disable smooth rolling.

After saving AWM's settings, AWM always churns my CPU at ~100% for several seconds, then applies the new settings and irritates me by restoring any minimized windows I have.  I forgot that AWM would do this, and I rolled up a window while the CPU churning was going on.

What happened seems to be that AWM began applying the new setting (i.e. no smooth roll/unroll) while the window was half-rolled up.  So, AWM thinks the window is only as big as it was the moment it applied the new settings?  And now, I cannot unroll the window completely.

The thing that really sucks about this is that the program in question is a backup program that I cannot simply close and reopen.  Yet I cannot see the progress window.

The backup program is Super Flexible File Synchronizer ( http://www.superflexible.com ) version 5.

Thank you, Scott!

The bug was confirmed. We'll fix it.

Did you try to resize the window using AWM options to solve the problem?
